Split a sketch in to 2 sketches.

I want to create a sketch that I later export to a .SVG file which I will use to cut out on me CNC router. The problem is that the sketch is too large for the CNC route so I need to cute it in to two sketches. How can I do that??

Hi,

One way is to create two new sketches on the same plane as the original, and project the elements you want on each one.

Other way, which I usually do, is to generate the NC program for the CNC from Fusion 360, where I choose which elements to include on every CAM operation.  Not sure if you could do that with your CNC.  That way you don't have to split the sketches.  Is SVG the only kind of input for your CNC?
