I am trying to do a clean uninstall but Im getting error python33.dll is missing. I tried running microsoft fix it but I dont have the product code because Im a free/ student user.

I've already tried that I get the error The Program cant start because python33.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. But when I tried to reinstall it says I have the latest fusion 360 and asks if I want to run it
