Problem with installation Fusion 360 - cx_freeze: Python error in main script

Hellow everyone!

I'm a student and I want to install Fusion 360 for my university project, but I can't :/. I recived error like on attached screen. My system is Windows 10. To be clear, I do not have Fusion 360 on my computer already. This is a fresh install. I have a number of other Autodesk apps.

I try:

- instllation with administration rights

- installation with disabled Windows Defender and Kaspersky Internet Security

- I got updated system

- I tried Visual Studio Update 4

- I read http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/api-and-scripts/cx-freeze-python-error-when-trying-to-install-fusion-3...

All time I got the same results. I attached my log from Proces Monitor. I will be grateful for your help.
