problem :internet not connected.

Hello, I had read all posts and tried but the still message shows an internet connection error.
I am facing a problem when I tried to change the attribute of the Autodesk folder in "c:/user/name/appdata/local ",
when applied the changes it took some minutes and restart Fusion 360 but the attribute again revert.
Then I  tried to add ports 80 & 443 in the firewall internet connection setting.
I tried to add fusion-related files everywhere it shows the internet but is still there.
Help me.

What are you trying to change. You should not be changing anything in here.

Hello sir ,

Now error is Expired subscription -Read only.

But University have 4 year subscription of fusion 360.

I also got a outlook mail regarding subscription.

What shoul I do ?

@rittiksingh @Ok. If you made any changes first things first let’s uninstall Fusion 360 and install it again so that it puts us in a known state.

@ritik_219403022 Just so that I don’t get confused with two different issues on this thread. 

For you it was the connection error. So after a reinstall are you still seeing the connection error. If you are seeing the error can you post what is the error you are seeing ?

Hi @ritik_219403022 

Fusion 360 for Education accounts, is licensed to the individual, not to a school. The license also has to be renewed each year and confirm your eligibility.

 

To acquire a Fusion 360 Education license, do the following.

  1. Log into the Autodesk Education site and if needed verify your eligibility.
  2. To acquire or renew your Fusion 360 license; on the Fusion 360 product card click "Get product".

  1. Then click "ACCESS".

  1. Launch Fusion 360 (if you're running Fusion from a browser, you can cancel the install).
  2. If the Education license does not appear on the top of the screen as shown in the following image, sign out and back into Fusion 360.

Hello sir, there is such no thing written on the top of screen.
step1- I login to Autodesk account with my university id.
step-2 select the student option and select fusion 360 as a product to download.
step-3 it show me "Get product option" , then "access" option.
step-4 An executable file is start downloading then I install it.
step-5 In previous thread I have mentioned "internet connection  error", This problem is solved whenever I connect my pc to my smartphone hotspot. When I connect it with my fiber internet connection ,it shows me the "internet connection error".
step-6 Now I have been install the app with my smartphone hotspot connection, then it shows me sign in option.
step-7 Fusion 360 package transfer me to web for sign in ,sign in done.
step-8  After sign-in on web , "Expired subscription-Read only" error is showing when it starts Fusion 360.

I have tried my best to elaborate my problem, please resolve it.
I have to learn fusion 360 as soon as possible.

Let's try to troubleshoot the problem step by step:

Internet Connection Error

Firewall Settings

Run as Administrator

Antivirus and Security Software

User Account Control (UAC)

Permissions

Temporary Profile Issue

Internet speed

Maybe the internet speed is slow you have to check with free tool like hız testi türk telekom
