popup info to setup sheet

Hello, so I am trying to create a popup that has a dropdown with checked boxes when you click post process and then put those checked boxes onto my setup sheet. How would I go about doing this and do you have any examples to send over?

May be you can consider writing a command and in command input change handler, you can save the string in to excel sheet. You can consider using XlsWrite python module to write the information in excel set up sheet.
