Plugin buttons are disabled in the ribbon panel of the Fusion

Hello,

I've developed a custom add-in for Fusion using the C++ API. The add-in appears in the design workspace, but it loads without active buttons in the 3D PCB workspace. Please advise on how to properly load the plugin in the 3D PCB workspace or enable its buttons.
