Is there an API for creating control point splines (degree 3 preferably) yet? If not, what's the best work-around?

I'm looking for something like sketchCurves.sketchFittedSplines.add() but for Control-Point splines, not fitted ones... is this in the API yet?

The API currently doesn't have any support for control point splines and there is no workaround. Hopefully support will be added soon.
