Hello,

I don't know what's the root cause. We got the kind of error message by accident with our dev builds. A workaround would be to delete all files under C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Neutron Platform\Options(Windows) or /Users/<User>/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/Neutron Platform/Options(MAC) and launch Fusion 360 again.

Please let me know if the solution works for you. It would be great if you can provide some information how you ran into the issue. Then we will do some investigation to avoid the error in the future.

Thanks,

Marshal

I open the folder and it contain:

first I think it happen because crash with the other autodesk program with different year, so I try to uninstall all, but it nothing changed.

but after I try many time. I think the problem come when I started with the internet access, because if I started without internet access it can entered the program. but it cannot save the project. when I started program with internet it always show that dialog. I had do some sugestion in help box, like change proxy, and check the port 43 and 80 but it nothing change. Please help my problem...

Hello,

Sorry for the trouble.

Did you try to remove those option files to launch Fusion 360 again? If it didn't work, please go to the folder "C:\Users\<User>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Web Services\" and try to delete all files under the folder and then launch Fusion 360 again.

It would be great if you can provide the log files for investigation. You could find them under the folder "C:\Users<User>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\logs" or "C:\Users<User>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\<A360 Account ID>\logs".

Thanks,

Marshal

Hello,

We are glad to hear the issue has been solved in your side. Thank you for providing log files.

A couple of questions: did you use proxy setting in your web browser? From the log files, it seemed that you cannot connect to back-end servers(the error message was "Could not resolve host: ui-dls360.autodesk.com"). In addition, you mentioned you installed other Autodesk products. Did you log in to Autodesk 360 in other products? If yes, did you remember which products and version you did in?

We are trying to reproduce the issue and find root cause out. Thank you for patience.

Thanks,

Marshal
