How to run simulation from API and extract found parameters?

I am writing a script that will generate different shapes for a machine learning experiment.

So I wrote a script that produces cantilever beams with different cross-sections using python. Now I would like to run a simulation on each beam, and save the results.

Is it possible to run a simulation from the API. I haven't found anything on that yet, and I know that originally there was no such functionality in the API. I was just wondering if it is there now?

Nothing has changed. The simulation functionality doesn't have any API.

Not that I'm aware of.  It's up to the Simulation team.
