Help with writing a new ADD in

Good morning all,

I have posted here before and after a lot of reading, watching videos and trial and error I am out of my league. I have a goal for an add in that would greatly help with business but i have never wrote code before. I am also still very new to fusion but have years of CAD experience so I am working through it easy enough. But the ADD-in I have started working on I cannot get to work with anything I have tried. So I am looking for someone who can help walk me through it and explain it like I am a goober (because I am). Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have attached the zip file of the code and one of the projects with a few samples of the hundreds of templets there are for anyone who is interested or up for a challenge.
