In the extrude command you have the TAPER ANGLE like in the following image:

In the API you have ExtrudeFeature.taperAngleOne and ExtrudeFeature.taperAngleTwo properties to set it accordingly.

Hi Jorge, Thanks for the feedback.
The problem is that the letters in curved drawings, such as B and C, I cannot extrude at an angle (as in the image) only the letters in straight lines in the example of the image that I send you, the extrusion was made only in the letter A. problem I noticed when I made it, was that the top part of your drawing was flat like a lid in the base shape (letter drawing, as I need it), and in my drawing after the extrusion it was triangular, tapering like a peak of a mountain . I used Arial Black font.
In the second image is what I need to do, inverted letters to print the front and edges, and the upper part (which will be the bottom of the letter) open to put the cover. Thanks in advance for the help

Hi @christianwhats1 ,

 

If you want it wider on top you might use a positive taper angle. Negative taper angles will make it narrower on top.

With Arial font it worked for me like in the following image:

Maybe you can explode the text (right click on text and choose "Explode Text" option) to lines inside the sketch before extruding it.

 

You have to play a little bit with combinations between height and taper angle, because not all combinations work.

Hello Friends , I made a preview of what I need, the letter is hollow and the bottom is open, so that a lid can be placed later, but this wall that goes down from the top to the bottom, has to have an angle decline, increasing the width of the letter at the bottom. And this whole process will be done in the same way, keeping the same design in the other letters of the text

The letter is hollow, has a taper angle in the walls and is open in the base.

The max taper angle it allows it to assign in that letter size/height is 8 degrees.

Hi,

 

You can increase the thickness to 2mm, create a new sketch on the bottom face of the body and project that face, then offset internal o external edges to make a center line (1mm distance to each).

That way you have faces which you can extrude to cut 1 or 2mm for the lid, as you did with your example.
