Get selected comand

For a client i need to translate fusion 360 in Italian. Is there a Get.selected comand or a method to know where the cursor is?

Hello,

What I understand is you want to translate command/control name to Italian when users hover some command/control by mouse. Unfortunately current APIs don't support that yet. Though we do have mouse event fired when an API command is invoked.
