Fusion360 error during installation

I can not install Fusion360 for several days.
It's a clean installation, w/o any Autodesk software installed.

I have the Unable to connect to the network error.

When I run the Autodesk Licensing support tool, I get next:

I do not use any proxies, VPN, or anything.

Any solution?

Thank you

Hi,

Thank you.
It would be helped if you can share installation log file.
Thanks.
Installation Log files:

For installation or update errors.

  • Windows: C:\Users\(username)\Appdata\Local\Autodesk\autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log
    macOS: Macintosh HD>Users>(username)>Library>Logs>autodesk.webdeploy.streamer.log

Find it attached.
Just to mention that I have two agents from Autodesk support remotely connected to the PC, and couldn't fix the problem.

Hi @jurisevickg
While we investigate further you case, can you set environment variable and value with below command line then try again to installation?

setx SKIP_PRECHECK "1"

If installation success, then please don't forget to set back environment variable with below command line option.
setx SKIP_PRECHECK ""

Hi,

User or system variable?

I even tried to change in precheck_config.json:

"CheckNetworkConnectivity" :
{
"url" : "https://knowledge.autodesk.com/article/Precheck-Network-Connectivity-issue-Fusion-360",
"mandatory": "Yes"

to No, but installation freeze.

Hi @jurisevickg
Please set System variable. This option would pass precheck steps.
Thanks.

I see that your error happened while checking network connectivity from you shared log file. Which is one of precheck steps.
Let me clarify skip precheck steps:
1. open "CMD"
2. setx  SKIP_PRECHECK "1"
3. cd %userprofile%\downloads
4. call "Fusion 360 Client Downloader.exe"

Thanks.

OMG! Second topic worked! Since I am from Serbia, I will copy-paste the solution from the second link that you provided in the last post:

"I immediately realized that this is a problem since I'm from Serbia and I have installed on my notebook software for reading Serbian ID cards. It seems that like everything in this country certificates issued by Ministry of Internal Affairs are messed up

Solution was to open certmgr search for MUP and delete all their certificates. As soon as I did this Fusion 360 installed like charm.

I hope this will help some of you."

Thank you so much on your great support!
