fusion 360 will not open in online

     After getting a Microsoft 10 update, fusion 360 only opens in off line. I have read articles and tried a couple of them with no change.

I am hoping some one can walk me through the process. I also could not find a phone # for support..

you could try to uninstall fusion and then try reinstalling it. it happened to me, I just reinstalled it and then it worked.
