Feet and inches annotation needed in drawing

For unknown reasons F360 admins do not want to add a feet and inches unit option for dimensional annotations in drawings.  The setting is however available within the design environment.  The lack of this feature is driving me mad!  I'd pay some hard earned cash for an app, add-on, or script.  Does anyone have a lead on such an add on?

Unfortunately, you're not going to be able to find what you're looking for.  It's not currently possible to custom the drawing functionality of Fusion 360 in any way.  Autodesk will need to add the functionality into Fusion 360.
