[FEATURE REQUEST] API for Nesting Extension

Hi devs,

As clearly stated in this post from 2022, there is no API functionality for any extensions.

As recently as this other post from March 2025 that still holds true, at least for the Nesting extension.

I know there have been a few indirect threads mentioning a need for this feature by @vijay.shindeSLE5F, @bernard5BABD, @alexmagnetti, and others, but no overt feature request has been made.

Please strongly consider opening up the Nesting extension to the Fusion API.

I completely agree and would help our business out a fair amount as we have to manually enter things like the sheet quantity, when it is displayed on the screen, but I can't access it via API.  We may have a nesting study with 25+ different nesting sheets with quantities of 1-5 for each and I have to manually note how many times that setup must be run and it is just asking for a problem.

Don't get me wrong, we love the manufacturing extension as it makes things so much more efficient, but there's a lot of extra work and opportunities for error that we have because of having to manually enter things like sheet quantity.

Support for an API for nesting is being actively worked on.
