Documentation for the API

I've found the online help and documents for the API.. but..  I don't do well with online documentation.  is there something downloadable or a book or something documenting the API?   Didn't see anything here or anything likely on Amazon...

The online documentation is the only thing I'm aware of.  I have some other things planned for the future but it will still be a while before they're available.

One of my annoyances with the online documentation is that the individual pages don't seem to be linkable without knowledge of the class<->GUID mapping.

When you mouse over the class names on the left, it does show a url that is based on the name of the class. e.g. http://help.autodesk.com/view/fusion360/ENU/?guid=AreaProperties, but if you try to visit that URL from a different context, like opening a new tab and pasting it in the url bar, it just goes to a 404 page.

This makes it difficult to provide a link to the page for a specific class from my fusionIdea plugin.

That's an annoyance of mine too.  I was hoping we could address that at some point but it never happened.  Hopefully in the future.
