Custom Keyboard Shortcuts

Hello,

Does anybody know if the API scripts has the functionality to create  the following custom keyboard shortcuts ? :

O=Orbit

H=Pan

Z=Zoom

Q=Zoom All

W=Zoom Window.

There's no API support for keyboard shortcuts.
