createEllipsoid()

Hi TF360,

The list of basic topological shapes offered by TemporaryBRepManager seems to be lacking an ellipsoidal body.

The later is important to complement  createEllipticalCylinderOrCone()  function.

The modifying (scaling) of a spherical body by createSphere() has no sense as it involves the penalty of leaving the efficient TemporaryBRepManager environment.

Is the absence of createEllipsoid() just the omission, or it has happened 'by design'?
