Create solid from sketches with different plane

Hi. I am new to Fusion 360. I was wondering how to create solid out of sketches with different planes. Sweep can only extrude sketches perpendicular to its path. I have attached an image of what I'm trying to do - 5 circles of different diameters to create a solid. Thank you all.
