Create a PDF file of a detail drawing using Python via a "Plugin"

Can anybody at Autodesk help???

Is it possible to get a programmer at Autodesk to create a custom "PlugIn" for Fusion 360 API, to allow me to automatically create a "pdf" file of a detail drawing, and save it in a certain directory, called from a Python script?

If so, how much would it cost?
