Clean Uninstall Tool removes scripts

So... it looks like the Fusion 360 Clean Uninstall Tool deletes all scripts in the default folder Fusion 360 prompts the user to put them into:

C:\Users\<username>r\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\API\Scripts

Hi @scottmoyse, I am not aware of what is "Clean Uninstall tool".  Not sure if it is Autodesk tool or some third party tool but in either case It should not be deleting the data from User's app data folder. May I know this tool is deleting everything from Fusion app's data folder or specifically few things? Thanks.

Fusion 360 is THE messiest application I have come across... it spreads files and data all over the users directory. Each dev team have put things pretty much where ever they want with no consistency or standards. 

On top of that, when Fusion updates it rarely cleans up after itself. Time and time again, I see odd Fusion 360 behaviour and instability or performance issues fixed by a clean install of Fusion... to do so requires running this tool provided by Autodesk:
