My computer does not have a separate GPU, but I want to use Fusion360 to extract the part information from the .smt file, is that possible?

Here's the page that lists the minimum system requirements to run Fusion. Fusion needs to be running to use the API, so these requirements apply. You can see that you can use Fusion with an integrated graphics card as long as it has at least 6GB of memory.
