Can the fusion 360 API be debugged using pycharm

Maybe no, Fusion 360 working with only VSCode.

I use VS Code, but I know of others that are using PyCharm. Fusion provides the integration to VS Code, but here's a thread talking about an external integration that I believe is what others are using.
