Can not install any Add-in

Hello, everybody!
I couldn't find a solution to this issue, I even went through clean uninstall and new download and install Fusion 360: any add-in downloaded and bought from Autodesk App Store fails to install with a note "Installation failed". (MacOS Mojave 10.14.5, iMac27 2017)
Please let me know of the solution; I need to use products I have bought (to make money and to grow up from startup licensee to a full paying customer).
