Bug when scaling an occurence with a transformed meshbody

There seems to be a bug when scaling a component with a transformed meshbody inside of it.

here i have a sphere mesh body that has been rotated 90 degrees and translated. The component also contains a sketch of a circle with the same diameter of the sphere. When I try to scale the component, you can see that the mesh and sketch move in different directions.

however if we just scale the sketch, and then in the mesh environment, scale the mesh separately, the result is as expected.

I am looking for a workaround for this, is the scale mesh functionality exposed to the API? i could not find it in any of the documentation.

It also seems like if the items to be scaled are manually selected instead of the entire occurrence, and as long as the scale point is the origin of the occurrence the scale seems to work correctly.
