I've downloaded, installed and unistalled fusion 360 several times on my macbook pro using the wifi at work but everytime i try to open it this appears.

what can i do to solve this issue?

Hello,

The error usually means something was wrong with your network connection. Were you seeing the error all time or by accidence? Were you using proxy setting? 

I would like to recommend you post the kind of issues to http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/design-validate-document/bd-p/124 to get timely response in the future.
