Adding the plugin in toolbar

I want to place the button for my plugin below 'Create Sketch' in 'SolidCreatePanel' is there any way to tell the position? The addCommand takes positionID as input in which we need to provide the RefId is there any way to add that?

Got the ID it is 'SketchCreate'
