Add-in window that can dock outside of the Fusion Workspace

Hi,

I am trying to make an add-in that can dock to the left of the fusion workspace in the same manner that the data panel does (see attached screenshot). Is this currently possible through the API and if not are there plans to introduce this?

Hello,

as to my knowledge, there are no controls accessible from the API that can achieve this functionality. Closest you can get to this is by using the palette but that brings problems of its own.

I have not registered any discussion mentioning if there are any plans to implement this. You can try to search in Text commands but I doubt there will be anything remotely similar to what you need.
