Accessing properties - volume and or weight

Is it possible to accees the properties of a body from a script? i.e. Volume and or weight.

Yes.  Take a look at the BRepBody.physicalProperties property.  FYI: The physicalProperties property is also available at the Component and Occurrence levels as well (if you want the combined properties of all bodies in a component, or an occurrence transformed version of this).
