Dear Forum members,
Two files I have been working on (iterations of the same design) have disappeared from my project folder following a restart of Fusion. As seen in the screenshot below, the files appear to be uploading, however, they are effectively stalled as no progress is evident. At the same time, two other files I uploaded yesterday remain present and accessible both in the Fusion project list and in the online fusion older.
For context, when I restarted Fusion (I did so because the history timeline was missing from the Manufacturing workspace) the Job Status appeared as offline until I turned off the firewall, recently Windows updated itself and it may have forced a restart, however, I have worked on the file and saved it several times since.
- the files do not appear following a search in the root of the Fusion project folder.
- no files are visible in the local cache folder (Windows: C:\Users\***\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\***\W.Login) whether Working Online is turned off or on.
I will be grateful for any advice or proposal for solutions to locate or recover the files.
