I need help.

My A360 Team TRIAL version was ending, so I bought Fusion Team, the A360 Team version for Manufacturing teams and stuff, right?

The thing is it is saying I can only have 1 team member, was not it unlimited? Because the TRIAL version I could have multiple team members.

What do I do?

And the other problem is I can't select any of it:

Ok, seems like the license was activated for the main hub of the account, not the TRIAL one, and I selected it.

I need to change it.

Thanks Kelvin for posting your question and I have sent this on to the team to see if they can resolve this. Note that they are in India, and will probably not see this until tonight there time.

Also it's not unlimited Team Members, it's unlimited Project Members.

http://www.autodesk.com/products/a360/overview

based on annual subscription

  • Unlimited projects
  • 500 GB of storage per user
  • Project-based team collaboration
  • User access controls
  • Administration panel

.Hope this helps and the team may reach out to you directly here.  And thanks again for posting your question.

As you see, the main hub is set as Fusion, but I can't even manage team members and stuff.

Hi Kelvin,

The HUB you have underlined is a Personal Hub (MyHub) and does not have an admin account. YOu need to try a Team Hub to see an admin account.

Hope this explains that part and the rest has been passed on to the team to look at.

Thanks again for sharing all the details.

Yeah, exactly, that's what I mean.

The license was activated in a hub I can't manage.

I can't turn my A360 Trial Team Hub into Fusion Team because the license is already used in the personal hub, or something like that.

Hello guys.

There is still one thing that's annoying me.

Here is the Screencast:

I'm talking about it with Nick but I wanna know if there is anyone who knows what I can do to solve it.

It shows up every single time I log in the Team Hub.

Thanks,

Hi Kelvin,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. We've identified the issue with the popup and will be fixing soon. Having said that, we have selected 'Fusion' for your hub. The popup should not show up anymore on login. Hope this helps.

Best,

Srikanth
