Viewcube question

I was wondering if the view cube got changed in a update or what is happening. I can't reset the view in my view cube or look at any planes or anything. Is there a setting I can turn those features back on?

The tools should still be there. So either Fusion needs relaunched or there is some underlying graphics issue at work.
