Unable to use cloud solve

Hi there,

 

I have a major issue with the software. I am unable to use cloud solve or to do anything related to simulation. Please see attached images. I have tried logging out, reinstalling, reasigning from the account manager and even changing the study to the simplest test case. How can I fix this?

Sorry for not responding before now, I was responding to this issue in another forum thread, I hope you saw that. As you probably know by now, the problem was solved after several hours and things should be working correctly now. I am especially sorry you had to go through all that work to attempt to fix the problem. We are going to add a better error message so that in the unlikely event this issue should ever happen again, you will be told that there is a problem with our cloud service and you should wait and try again later.
