I am an IT technician working in a secondary school in HK. Teachers in our school are planning to teach Fusion 360 soon and I am trying to get an educational license for the software to make sure I am ready for supporting them. I verified my eligibility of educational access yesterday and was told to get a license for the products that I needed.
When I go through the steps listed in the page of Fusion 360, I got stuck in step 3 which tells me to sign-up for updates. There is a field called "Role" which has no options and is not responding to any actions that I did to it but the system doesn't allows me to proceed without any input there. Here is a screenshot for your reference. I blacked out some of the personal information due to privacy.
I also tried to login directly in the software after installation but I was told that my subscription has expired. I have also checked the products and services list in my account management and nothing was shown there, it is literally empty.
I then tried to contact an agent for help through AVA but was told that no agent is available, so I am thinking if I can get some help here? Thanks.
