Unable make user parameter stick on the quantity field of a pattern on path feature

I am unable make user parameter stick on the quantity field of a pattern on path feature.
When the parameter it is first entered the path on path feature, the feature accepts the parameter, when you try and change the parameter value the feature does not update.
When I go back to the feature, the value of the parameter is shown not the parameter.

I have tried parameters as pcs also but it does not help.
Any help would be appreciated.

I have the noticed the same problem with circular patterns.

My solution for now is:

• Open Change Parameters
• Find the Feature under Model Parameters
• Enter User Parameter name under Expression

Now do NOT edit the Feature in the timeline.

The problem happens then you hit [OK] in the Feature Dialog box, looks like Fusion saves the value of the User Parameter not the Name of it.

([Cancel] seems to work to back out of the dialog box, if you open it by mistake)

Thanks, I knew it was a bug 🙂 it used to work. I wonder if it's been logged. Thanks again for the workaround.

The dev team is actively working to address this issue.

i can not download fusion 360
