Timestamp incorrect

The "Last updated" timestamp is exactly 8 hours earlier (which is correct) than the timestamp on the last version (which is wrong). What's up? The timestamps displayed when I "Open Details on Web" seem to be right. The date/time setting on the computer is right.

Is this just showing on one design or on all of your designs? Have you been doing any traveling where the time/date stamp is updating on the computer?

No I have not. Just checked and all my designs have the same issue. Also checked the time/date on my computer, again it is correct.

Did you by any chance move these designs? For example, you moved the designs from project X to project Y via the dashboard? 

If you create and save a new design in the existing project, does the same problem occur?
