Stuck at fusion team setup

Hey, if anyone could help I just installed Fusion 360 and am stuck in the setup. I enter a team name click next. It thinks about 2 sec and says something along the lines of, "unable to create team... you might not have permission." I have the personal licence and just installed 2 before.

As I understand things, with a 'Personal' license you do not have access to 'Team' working.

In my products it says that team services are included. Also i wouldn't make sense anyway cause its required to proceed to anything else after signup.

By the way thanks for responding so quickly

Hi @Anonymous

Thanks for the reporting. Sorry for the late reply. Are you able to create your team now? Have you ever created Fusion Team Hub before you using Fusion ?

We have made some some improvement of the setup process. Please let me know if need further help.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Could you please provide more clues about this issue? When did you see this error? Any snapshots would be helpful. If could, could you provide your account (email address) so that we could take a deep look.

Thanks

Idk, but I like blender better anyway. It's great cause it's open source
and it actually has support that responds SOON rather than 3 months later.
It has worked great for me and there are a lot of good tutorials.

I've been in this situation for about 1 week. You may want to take a look at my case as in my uploaded image.

I have tried to reinstall the fusion 360 but the problem persists. I don't want to further complicate the situation by reinstalling the whole Autodesk program

Here it shows that I can't pick any of those options. But there it is, no option to skip whatsoever. It's totally useless at this point. And I found that I can't either delete my team or get in to it

I am stuck now also, there was an outage a while ago today, and now when I try to launch Fusion 360 on my laptop I get stuck at the welcome screen where it asks to create or join a team but both options are greyed out. I already own a team so it won't let me create one and on Join existing team it says there are no teams in <insert email domain> availible to join..

The bad part is that now all my work I was doing earlier is stuck in limbo, it is saved only locally on the laptop and was never uploaded to the cloud due to the outage and since I can't get into fusion now because of this I am unable to get todays full day of work uploaded to the cloud.. If this is not resolved by tomorrow morning I am screwed..

I have the same issue. Was using F360 yesterday with no issues. Today, I can't log in, getting the same screen to create a team.

It looks like a lot of the autodesk services are down.

As @infinitemach shared, the service outage is still ongoing.  You can keep an eye on the Health Dashboard for the latest updates.

I just encountered the same problem this morning. I am livid. I have client work due and I cant access Fusion and the files I created.

I paid for a 1 year subscription and within a month I get this?

Is this tied to the service outage?  If so, it would be good for the service outage info page to describe what a user should expect to experience during the outage - that way we can stop reinstalling and other thrashing.

This feels a lot more like an 'outage' than 'degraded performance'
