Spline tangent handle bug

There is a bug in the spline through points tangent handles (see screen recording), where, if you activate and deactivate the handles, a ghosted spline displays in the background. This is indicated by the dashed line and surface in the background. These are resolved by changing the parameters of the host rectangle (in this case).

yes, this does appear to be a bug.  It's just that the profiles are not recomputed when a tangent handle is deactivated.

I've created bug FUS-63370 to track this issue.

Note, by turning off "Show Profiles" and then back on in the sketch is enough to "kick" the profiles into recomputing
