Rotated views on drawings unrotate on update

I have made some sections from a model and then rotated it on the drawing sheet.  If changes are made to the model and then the drawing is updated, the rotated sections unrotate themselves and then go back to the original orientation.  This has only started happening after the January update.  Anybody else come across this?  It has made the drawing module unusable.
