I had been using Fusion since approximately Sept. 5 when I started a new job with Visual Pak Companies. At first I was using the free trial version which expired and then I switched to my personal email (siepl3d) and was using it as an enthusiast temporarily until I.T. sorted out the license issue. They setup a new account for me under user name bill.siepl@vpeplastics.com. All was good until I received my new computer and now need to re-download Fusion 360. Do I just download the free trial version or is there a different download? Also, just to get into this forum I had to go back to my personal siepl3d account as it did not recognize the bill.siepl@vpeplastics.com user name.......more license issues?
Please help

Hi @siepl3d,
Welcome to the Fusion 360 Community!
So, not too sure how IT set up your account, but you do not have an Autodesk Account under bill.siepl@vpeplastics.com from what I can see. You might want to check with them to see if they have actually set it up, and it is typed correctly. They can verify this in manage.autodesk.com under the Users tab.
Regarding the installer - Fusion checks the entitlement when you sign into the program, as opposed to a specific type of install so you can use the trial installer as well! Here is a direct download link if you prefer.
Let me know what your IT department says and if you need any help with the license management.
Thanks,
My mistake, need to drop the "e", it's bill.siepl@vpplastics.com. So will there be a different download?
Hi @siepl3d,
Everything looks okay with that email address! I can see the Fusion subscription assigned to you.
Nope, it is not a different download. You can use the trial downloader which is just this link here. Once Fusion installs, you will be brought to a sign-in screen where you will login with your email address.
Thanks,
