Hi,
Please guys i need help
I have been using Fusion 365 with a hobbyist subscription for 1 year my subscription expires a month ago and I followed the steps described in the following link in order to renew my subscription:
Then, I fill the form and after log in with my user and password, the following screen appeared:
I clicked in the "Download" button, logout waited for 30 minutes and nothing but when I started and logged in into Fusion 360 it's stuck in "trial mode":
I repeated the same process several times. Every time I fill the form, I get the same message "You have a current Fusion 360 subscription..." but when I go back to Fusion 360 it is in trial mode and says
"your trial version will expire in xxx days" now the trial time has end, and i have only "Basic Access" i follow all the steps in the link to renew my subscription and do nothing.
Please help me.
Thanks,
Flavio Reis

I believe a Fusion 360 Personal License is “Basis Access” so you are good to go. What does it show in the very top left top line of the running application, Personal - Not for Commercial Use.

Yes it says Personal - Not for Comercial Use but with Basic Access i can only open files in read only, i can't even have access to editing tools. As it is explained here. Fusion 360 Help | Basic Access | Autodesk
I wish you had included the screen capture before, I understand what you issue is now. The video will address the problem. If you only have Single User Storage, this is would also you problem. Let me know if this is the case.

I'm running into the same issue ("Subscribe" button in the toolbar even though I've attempted to renew my personal license) and I do not have any teams listed except for Single User Storage.

Thanks for the follow up. Since you are on different login you will not see the Accept Solution icon, I did it for you.
