Hi everybody!
This week tried several times to download "Photobooth render environment".
But the download fails, hangs during the download
There is a solution?
Thanks!

Hi @Igorva
Thanks for posting! This is a known issue - you should be able to work around it with a custom render environment using the instructions at this link. Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions.
Hi @Igorva,
Sorry for the inconvinience!
In order to analyze the root cause, would you help send me the log file? You can find the log file from:
Windows
%localappdata%\Autodesk\Common\Material Library\ <latest folder>\adexmtsv.log
MacOS
Users > > Library > Application Support > Autodesk > Common/Material Library > <latest folder>\adexmtsv.log
Many thanks for your help!

I seem to be having this issue.
It started with me no longer being able to render. I would send a file to local render and it would say it's started, but no progress thumbnail would ever appear in the rendering gallery. Almost all of my renders use the Photo Booth environment.
I tried the process of deleting the exr.exr file and downloading the one from your Drive.
Every time I attempt to load the new environment, Fusion crashes. It's happened 4 times now, and I've sent my crash reports in, but haven't heard back yet.
Maybe you could help?

Hi,
The Fusion 360 update today carries a fix for this problem. Can you please try it out and let us know what you think?
To receive the update:
1. Restart Fusion 360
2. Wait for the update to start, you'll see a small 1 appear on the job status icon (the clock)
3. Click on the clock icon to watch the progress
4. Click Restart when the update is ready
Thanks,
