Thank you for posting in the Fusion 360 community!

I also appreciate your sharing the file and Screencast.

As I tested with your design on my machine, I was able to reproduce both issues.

I found the first issue is known bug (internal reference ID: FUS-20296) and the developers are currently investigating this - I have added yours on the report.

For the second issue, I have logged as a bug with our development team (FUS-35593).  I apologize for the inconvenience.

I will keep this thread updated once I have something to share here - thank you for bringing them to our attention!
