Does anyone have a clue on how to create a Luer thread using Fusion 360.

This does not have an option to create a Helical Sweep.

That is how I normally create Luer threads using other CAD applications.

Any guidance would be great!

Fusion 360 does have the ability to create a coil path using the Coil Primitive.  I demonstrated this in the attached video.  If you can sketch the Luer thread profile, you can make a helical sweep of it.

I tried that method. The problem is the profile is twisting around the coil.

The profile in the upper left of the image needs to remain constant as it revolves around the coil.

I down loaded a plug in for creating luer  threads it works great but you cannot change the height without the luer becoming deformed.

You are only using the Coil to obtain the path for a Sweep - Path + Guide Surface.  This will keep the profile square to the coil path.  It is explained in this Blog Article and Video.
