Lines moved after export dxf file

Fairly new to CAD. I've been drawing parts to be laser cut for large scale model railroad cars. So far everything has been flat parts, but my problem file is the end wall, which has two brakes in it. I make the part in the sheet metal tool and then create a flat pattern and export to dxf to send to the cutter.

This is what the finished product should look like

Here it is in a flat pattern

And this is what it looks like after exporting to dxf. This is using multiple online dxf viewers and opening it inside fusion

As you can see, two lines, one on either side have been moved far out to the sides. Here is one from an online dxf viewer. You can see the circle cut in the center has been moved as well.

I couldn't find any threads where someone was having the same problem. I've also attached an f3d file of the part.

Hi @brouse99

Welcome to the forums. You could try using this workflow, using drawings.

Thanks Clint. That would work, but I don't have the paid subscription.

I am using a Fusion 360 Personal License when I recorded the video.  I have no idea why you sheet metal pattern fails to export directly to a DXF but the process outlined works very well.
