A bit more advice, after import I'd simplify and remove all the junk you don't need. I only wanted the model for CAM setup so removed all screws, engraving etc. The over complex model will just use up resources and slow Fusion down.
I ended up with just this, just 4 parts assembled with 3 joints.

Yes, it will come in as an assembly. You might need to add joints if you want to move the jaws to fit other components. See advice in my post above.
