Fusion menus disappearing when moused over

The menus and fusion itself are acting weird. I have tried restarting and also reinstalling but the issue still persists. I have used fusion on the device for many months without issues. This problem is brand new. Fusion is useless to me right now because it is inoperable at the moment. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Solved! Here is for anyone else with the same problem: 

goto fusion>right click>properties>compatibility>override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by: > System>apply.
