Hi @Anonymous, are you talking about in an error message or log files? is this during installation?

What's up ryan.bales,

The app will open and it says it is "setting up" when it reaches about 27% a error box pops up and that's when it give the message and also says "we are not sure what is preventing the installation."

So i'm thinking to try this,

  • Reboot the system and then:
  • Open File Explorer
  • Navigate to C:\Users\Werner\AppData\Local\Autodesk
    • If you do not see the AppData folder, you will need to enable hidden folders from Control Panel
  • Delete the Webdeploy and Web services folder
    • If it says any of these are in use, restart your computer and then try. Also, make sure you close any A360 desktop applications
  • Reinstall Fusion 360 from this download link here
    • Make sure to right-click the downloaded file and select "Run as Administrator"
  • Once reinstalled, right-click the Desktop Icon for Fusion
  • Select Properties
  • Go to the Compatibility tab and select "Run  this program as an Administrator"

If this will not work, a clean uninstall and re-install solution might be worth trying.
