Edit Feature Menu Options

When I create a solid, like a cylinder, my only options in the edit feature menu are Placement, Diameter, Height and Operation. I'm following many tutorials where I see users also have "Symmetry" and "Direction" as options- how do I access these?

This is because a cylinder is a primitive solid and directional tools are only available on the features like extrude.

The second photo is different yet in that its a Form Body and not a primitive solid.
